Hello, I’m Sharmon Luchuck and I started the Style-Dock as a place where people can come to meet, be inspired, and have a laugh. Sitting at the dock, I believe in individuality and share my mission statement, “Celebrate your personal style”.
I am currently studying PR, Marketing, and Communications and in my former life, I was a freelance fashion stylist, a personal shopper at NET-A-PORTER.COM and at Selfridges, and I am also a ballet enthusiast. I love life, appreciate people, food, and sleep, and believe that happiness is an inside job!
Growing up in Winnipeg, I always had dreams of living in big cities and of traveling. I am proud of the fact that I have followed these dreams: They have led me to Toronto and to London, UK, where I worked at Selfridges and at NET-A-PORTER.COM. I have been privileged to meet intelligent, passionate and stylish women, who have inspired me and who have helped to shape my sense of style and global outlook. I have learned about life and finance and that beauty is not just about products.
Now, that I have moved back to the city where it all began, my new adventure is one of an appreciation for a smaller city, personal stories and little details, all whilst still exploring everything this global world has to offer. Style-Dock celebrates my personal stories and style with intelligence and wit and I hope that you will celebrate your personal style, as well.
